Hi! My name is Bastian, and I am a Retro Computing enthusiast, just like you. In my normal life, I am a professor of software engineering, teach Kodokan Judo, and am a full-time husband and dad. Some time ago, I rediscovered my passion for vintage computers when a friend gave me a Tandy 1000sx. When another friend gave me a broken Commodore 64, it became a labor of love to repair it. In doing so, I learned that I was pretty handy at repairing vintage computers. In the last five years, I have repaired and restored more than 70 of them for friends, family, and for my own collection, ranging from Atari to Zenith.

After much encouragement from many community members, I have decided in Summer 2025 to start offering repairs to a broader audience -- and to show my repair work on YouTube and social media. Check out my links below!
